This offering aims to give investors the opportunity to diversify their portfolio and gain exposure to the natural resources sector. Utilising funds raised for further exploration and development, the company will simultaneously proceed with ethical extraction of minerals from our existing assets and the acquisition of further assets with proven mineral reserves.
The company’s intention is to list its shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSXV). Prior to the listing of the company’s shares, investors will be permitted to convert their Loan Note into equity at a discounted rate.
